Cornerstone Baptist Church is located in Cumberland, MD. We are a growing, loving family of God{s people. We want to lift up Jesus Christ — “the light of the world” (John 8:12). By following our savior and carefully listening to the Word of God, we strive to be a light to the community and the world.We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternally existing Son of God, begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He took upon Himself a human body and a human nature, yet without sin. We believe in His substitutionary death on the cross making atonement for the sins of the world, His bodily resurrection and ascension into Heaven where he intercedes for believers.
