I love Cohiba brand, but the Cuban one, so imagine my disappointment when I couldn’t procure a Cuban Cohiba Churchill cigar. It is rare, and more than probably, it is very expensive. However, I’ve thought that for the moment I could try the Dominican version of this cigar. I haven’t bought it, but received it as a gift. So, I don’t know exactly how much this cigar cost does. Appearance & Construction I must admit that the aspect of the cigar was not quite a common one. Actually, the cigar looked somehow spectacular. I most enjoyed the dark colored wrapper, very oily and with many thin veins. Despite the numerous veins the texture of the cigar was pleasant at touch. On this long and elegant cigar you will see a beautiful band, on which is imprinted the name of the brand, and the fact that it was handcrafted in Dominican Republic, not in Cuba. The construction of this Cohiba Churchill seems very firm, and unlighted it is releasing a subtle aroma of spiciness.
