Over the last 20 years, Craig N. Lundgren has represented individuals, businesses and public agencies, in small and large litigation matters. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court. He also handles both mediations and arbitrations.General Civil Litigation: Craig has handled a broad variety of business and civil litigation, including contract, real estate, consumer, employment, civil rights, personal injury and partnership disputes.Construction Law Experience: Craig has handled several multimillion dollar claims, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors. He has substantial experience in both private and public construction cases, collections, mechanic’s liens and stop notices, construction defects and matters involving claims for delay, disruption, acceleration, and production inefficiency.
