TLC Photo Imaging is a full service commercial photographic studio based in Dayton, Ohio that was started by Tom Lehman over 30 years ago. Tom began his photography career when he was in the US Army during the 1970‘s and worked for 2 years as a newspaper photographer for the Armored Sentinel at Fort Hood, Texas.
