The Summit House Grill & Tap is a locally owned and independently run restaurant featuring many local Colorado ingredients, brews, and spirits in a Colorado-mountain themed atmosphere with friendly service and high quality plates. What we DO NOT do is serve food that is prepared elsewhere, frozen and shipped in cardboard boxed to be heated up fast-food style as you might find in many national chains. As a 100% made-from-scratch kitchen, we are proud to offer food that is prepared fresh on a daily basis using quality, creative, locally sourced ingredients where the end result is a great tasting dish that will leave you wanting to come back for more.
