These guys were the second cheapest mold company that I called but they were by far the most knowledgeable. Randy the mold inspector explained why we shouldn’t use dehumidifiers in our home. He explained that they will not work under temperatures of 45 degrees (our vacation home had no heat because of Hurricane Sandy).
