Accountable Cleaning LLC was formed after its founders, Lucas and Dana Mahowald, realized that there was a need for a company specializing in kitchen exhaust cleaning focused on customer service. While there existed companies in this industry that would provide good customer service only in part, Luke and Dana saw a need for a company whose goal was to provide good customer service from all aspects. This included everything from cleaning the kitchen exhaust system properly to cleaning up after themselves.
