In 1994 Executive Carpet Cleaning Inc. was started with an idea of being independent and self employed. In the early years of Executive, Rodney worked as a journeyman meat cutter at Jumbo Foods for several years and his wife Tina as stay at home mom, caring for a new family and scheduling jobs for the business. In 1998 Rodney attended IICRC (the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification) courses. Since then Rodney as received his journeyman status in the cleaning and restoration field.
