Award winning photographer, Hyon Smith has had a passion for photography since the early age of ten when he first played with his father’s camera. He followed this calling by pursuing an education in Fine Arts while maintaining an interest and continuing to hone his skills in photography. Eventually the desire to singularly pursue photography led Hyon to cross over from painting to full-time photography. A photograph’s ability to move and touch people immediately after it is taken was the determining factor driving this transition.
