The Mediterranean Bakery and Deli was the first of its kind in Richmond. Thirty five years ago it started as a pita bread bakery and expanded to include groceries imported from the middle east. The owners, Jameel and Saba Abed bought the business fourteen years ago and added many improvements, making it the best Mediterranean food service in the Richmond area. From informal gatherings with just a few friends, to weddings with ten baked lambs, the Mediterranean Bakery and Deli is staffed and equipped to meet your needs.
