Southern Bakeries produces Nature{s Grain Bagels, English muffins, Focaccia breadsticks, dinner rolls, brown and serve rolls, and energy bars. Southern also produces private label goods for the commercial bread section, in-store bakeries, deli and food service, and is one of the top producers of private label English muffins. The company maintains a tradition of over 90 years of specialty baking. Southern operates two production facilities, with locations in Wichita, Kansas and its headquarters in Hope, Arkansas
