Before becoming an attorney, Mark had several years of profit and loss responsibility in business; and obtained a Master’s of Science in Business before attending University of Texas Law School.Mark has more than twenty-two years experience in business litigation and transactions. Mark understands that business people want clear, concise explanations of the issues so they can understand their options when they – as opposed to their attorney – make decisions that affect their business.
