Established in 1981 by Mike and Nania Shea, Mike O’Shays has been serving the community of Longmont, Colorado great food for over 32 years…The longest running independently owned restaurant in Longmont. Mike starting working in the restaurant industry in New Jersey when Mike was in high school, and hasn’t stopped since. Mike moved to Boulder in 1977 and soon after met Nania. Mike got his first job waiting tables at the Imperial Emporium Restaurant in Longmont. Mike and Nania moved to Longmont in 1979 and they are now a permanent fixture of the community.
