Antique Adoption was born in January 2004 in the heart of West Los Angeles. Here, thirty-two master dealers display their “gems” – their life’s passions – their personal collections –their treasures. Among these widely varied collections are jewelry from estates and beloved designers, treasured toys, pottery you’ve long admired, vintage Mexican sterling, American Indian pottery & art, mid-century accessories & kitsch, ephemera, vintage purses & shoes, vintage linens and for the kitchen, the perfect quaint salt and pepper shakers as well as table liners to die for. And imagine prices ranging from $5 - $2,000. These unique and often surprising finds are ready for adoption.
Appearing like an oasis in West Los Angeles, Antique Adoption offers its customers a shopping experience like none other found in a destination of its kind. The rows of glass cases beautifully exhibit an integrated blend of collectables and antiques offered within these four walls. Each case telling its own story told by the pieces left behind.
