She is a Certified Financial Planner ™ and is a licensed Mortgage Advisor with over 35 years of experience. Because there is more to life than a mortgage payment or a paycheck, Ann provides tools to help her clients see the impact of their real estate and financial decisions before they are made. She does this with proprietary software called Opes Advantage. She has extensive experience in mortgage lending and has originated over $1 billion in loans in her career.
Ann has a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina School of the Arts and is a graduate of the Business Professional’s Course with the Aji Network. She has been a committee member of SILVAR: Los Gatos/Saratoga and an Affiliate Member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.
