Meet Dr. SimekDavid Simek, DDSGrowing up in Lubbock was a great experience for me. I enjoyed activities such as farming and ranching with my family, as well as competing in tennis and baseball. These life experiences helped set my foundation for growth at Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech I met Angela, the Love of my life, and in 2003 by the Grace of God we married. My passion for artistic creativity and building relationships led us to Dallas, where I pursued a doctorate degree at Baylor College of Dentistry.After graduating from dental school I was blessed to spend one year training in advanced dental techniques at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. This time allowed me to gain invaluable experience treating complicated cases, medically compromised patients and providing IV sedation dentistry.Since returning to Lubbock, I am honored to work with a dental team that shares my vision and desire to provide the highest level of care. I have also had the wonderful opportunity to serve hundreds of people by providing surgery services as a clinical instructor at UMC Hospital.
