Robert Welch has been passionately involved with photographing people since childhood. He began his professional wedding and portrait career in the mid-90{s. He became the owner of Flash Foto, Inc., in 2000, which was a landmark business in West St. Tammany parish, Louisiana, for over 20 years. In 2004, he was joined by his wife, Lisa Welch, who brought her creativity to the partnership with her beautiful video work.
