NW Rapid{s staff of experts has the knowledge to assist companies, large or small, in producing almost any part that can be designed.Northwest Rapid Manufacturing (NW Rapid Mfg.) has manufactured thousands of production plastic parts and prototypes directly from CAD data using the laser sintering process (also known as SLS). These complex components have flown for more than 800,000 total hours on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in support of our Armed Forces. These plastic parts and components serve many purposes including fuel delivery, aerodynamic, cosmetic, EMI shielding, and structural applications. NW Rapid{s part quality is unique in the industry for having a strong handle on the many process variables. We use the newest and most reliable machinery from EOS, including the EOSINT P 390, P 730 and P 760. These machines can build parts as large as 27" x 15" x 23" in the x,y, and z planes, respectively.
