Meet Kris Noyes, the owner of Fresh Coat of South Jersey, a locally owned and operated painting company dedicated to providing the highest degree of customer service and satisfaction to clients in southern New Jersey. Before opening his Fresh Coat business, Kris was already a successful businessman, owning a number of Oreck Vaccuum stores in the area. Kris notes, “I liked that the ideals of Fresh Coat matched those of Oreck. We put our clients first, and that’s what puts us in a different category than most vacuum cleaner companies. Fresh Coat is in a different category than most painting companies.”He adds - recalling his own experience of scheduling five painters for bids on a project and having only three show up - “The basics were ignored. It seems so obvious that you should answer calls, show up on time, wearing a clean shirt. I don’t know how many stories I’ve heard of people saying the painter didn’t show up and didn’t call, or showed up saying the job would take four days, but it took 12 instead. There’s a lot of frustration.”
