Eddy Le Garrec founded the W Wine Boutique in 2006. His Miami Beach location has become a hub for fine wine collectors, everyday aficionados and wine buyers from all around the world. Eddy is a French trained, former sommelier whom created wine programs at “Le Doyen” Champs-Elysees, Paris, France, “L’Orangerie” Los Angeles, California and “Alain Ducasse” Essex House, New York City.
