Dr. Azizi was born in New Mexico, and raised in California and Tehran. She attended UC Davis for her undergraduate education and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from UC San Francisco in 1993. In 1997, she founded Vineyard Dental. To fulfill her commitment to excellence, she employed an outstanding dental team that is equally dedicated to her vision of excellence.Dr. Azizi’s sense of design, and appreciation for beauty and esthetics, are apparent throughout her office and in her dentistry. In 2001, she commissioned architect Farhad Ashofteh to renovate her first office into a spa-like environment. In 2004, she attended the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for advanced cosmetic dentistry training. She has always kept herself at the forefront of advances in dentistry. Again in 2012, she collaborated with architect Farhad Ashofteh to introduce Napa’s one and only dental spa.She is equally committed to a healthy lifestyle at home. While being a mother to twin boys, she works-out regularly, hikes and eats organically. She has traveled extensively and enjoys photography. She is a fan of independent movies, spa treatments, good restaurants and fun ski trips.
