Welcome to the web site of the Niantic Baptist Church, an American Baptist Church located at 443 Main Street in beautiful, seaside Niantic, Connecticut. Our congregation is small, but our collective heart is big. We live out God’s love daily by worshipping together, celebrating together, regularly lifting up one another in prayer and supporting local outreach ministries in our community.Our worship services follow a traditional format, but the setting is relaxed, never stuffy. We love to laugh, and we love to sing. We are also very child-friendly. Our children regularly participate in worship, serving as acolytes, singing, sharing with Pastor Jill during our Chancel Chat, and enjoying special activities during Children’s Church (4th grade and younger). And new this year - our children will be offering short dramatic presentations throughout the year.A special fellowship time is offered on the last Sunday of the month, and coffee is always available before worship services begin. We also have regular potluck suppers and other social occasions throughout the year.We’re delighted that you visited our web site today, and we hope that you will visit us in person some Sunday.
