Art Skipper began his company in 1984 after serving over 24 years in the Coast Guard. He was stationed on Oak Island four times, including 1958, the year the lighthouse was constructed. Upon beginning his real estate career, the first property Art sold was the lifesaving station, which was the Coast Guard of it’s time when constructed. Now a private residence, it’s featured in our logo along with the former USCG station and Oak Island Lighthouse. Whether it’s a cottage at the beach, a luxury condo, or a lifesaving station, let the professionals at Art Skipper Realty assist you with your next real estate need.
