Red Roof Animal Hospital was established in February of 2009. RRAH is conveniently located one mile north of Ottertail, MN, and 9 miles south of Perham, MN on County Highway 78 in the middle of beautiful lakes country.Dr. Sara Krumwiede graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2004. Her experience includes stops at a variety of clinics spanning from Nevada to Maine, and ranges from regular small animal practice to emergency medicine. Born and raised in Ottertail County, her heart has always been at home and was the driving factor in returning to the lakes area to establish Red Roof Animal Hospital.Red Roof Animal Hospital has two resident cats. Lemur, pictured to the right, has been with us since we opened our doors. He was raised in a clinic setting and is happy with his daily duties of managing the office. Ozzy, who is pictured on our "contact us" page is our special needs cat. He is deaf and came that way as a very sick kitten. He loves life but can usually be found napping in a soft spot.
