I am a new business owner and know nothing about commercial insurance. Mimi and Jacquelyn have been amazing!!! They have answered all of my questions ... even ones I didn't think to ask. And they are incredibly quick to respond. Routine issues get same day (sometimes same hour, even after hours) responses. They have even offered to contact my clients directly when the client's request isn't clear. I can't think of how they could be any better.
