This was my second time using One Move. These three gentlemen did an amazing job with my move: Alejandro, Francisco, and Tomas. They packed everything very carefully and were extremely efficient in their work. They navigated tricky stairs and asked questions to make sure my move was perfect. I will be using their services again! 100% satisfied!

I contacted One Move Movers to pack and store some furniture. Though perhaps slightly higher than other quotes I received, I trusted the reviews and they did not disappoint. The team arrived as scheduled. As each piece of furniture was packed, Sergio and I carefully assessed each piece and noted any existing blemishes. Really great team to interact with. Scheduling with Gabby was very smooth and she answered all my questions and worries. The movers themselves were very professional and worked with me on coming up with solutions to weird packing situations. We were also still packing up the kitchen and they worked quickly on moving what was packed. Fair price for the moving service. The movers on the day were very quick, they did not mess around. I never felt that they were being disrespectful to our stuff or time. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We just had One Move Movers come in and move our furniture to our new place and had a very positive experience with them. It was important for us that the movers took good care of our furniture as we had a bad experience with another mover the last time - and they did not disappoint at all. We were very impressed with the quality of work from disassembling furniture, packing and using blankets, assembling, cleaning after them and overall mannners of the entire staff. I could see they were really professional in the way they managed everything right from when they entered the building and every detail they took care of. I talked to Ray on the phone and she was fantastic the entire time - very pleasant to talk and professional. Punctual, efficient, extremely careful, and very friendly crew (we had to move a 300-year-old, very heavy armoire to a not-easy-to-access location). Also, the response from the office was prompt and clear, including a check immediately after the move was completed. Great service. Highly recommended.

Hired One Move Movers for a Saturday morning move of our 2br apartment to a house within Palo Alto. One truck, 3 people. Easy to reserve the desired time slot. Fast response to emails. Courteous. On time arrival. Efficient, careful service. Reasonable price. We packed the boxes ourselves. Charged for 4.25 hours. $150 deposit at time of reservation.

One move movers helped me load the PODS container, the team Alejandro, Josue, Jorge came on time and were really professional and fast. Mely, Tonga, and Enrique were such professionals when it came to moving our belongings. We were going from a 1st floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment and they lifted our belongings up through the balcony to save time going up and down the stairs. They finished in just 3 hours (including a 20 min commute) and I could not have asked for a better experience. All three of them were polite, mindful of our time, and very efficient! On moving day intact I paid less then the estimate , the movers arrived at 8:00am sharp and got straight to work. They took great care with all of my belongings, wrapping them in padding and securing them in the truck. Alex and his amazing crew were extremely professional and detailed. They moved everything with care, making sure not to damage possessions or the house. Not only were they charismatic and respectful, but also worked tirelessly like machines. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Price was reasonable as well.

They fixed some loose screws and nails. They even boxed and moved my plants. They stacked boxes in the garage so well that the boxes took less space than in my previous home. Alex and his team were great. They took good care of my boxes and furniture. Alex even noticed my bed was put together improperly and reassembled it correctly resulting in a bed frame that no longer creaked. It was my first time using a moving service, and I will definitely do so again.

Sergio, Martìn and Guillermo were the stars of the show! They did a wonderful and courteous job for our two day cross town pack and move. Ray made it painless to book the job after I reached out to them based on a recommendation from a friend. We had a 2 bed 2 bath 2 car garage townhouse with a 6 year old child and toys. Fair amount of stuff. They came in between $500-1000 over Ray’s email estimate but we had a lot of stuff that Ray couldn’t have seen and I don’t think they could have worked any harder or faster. That’s why it’s an estimate after all. I felt the pricing was very good given the work involved. Thanks again to Sergio, Martìn & Guillermo!

I have used one move for several moves now, large and small. They are responsive, prompt, and pay attention to detail. They took great care wrapping furniture and packing the truck so no damage occurred during the moving process. Wrapping was removed upon arrival to final destination. Highly recommend.

One Move Movers have been nothing but professional and kind from the start of our move until the end of it. All costs are simple and upfront so you don't get hit with hidden fees and they even go out of their way to suggest options to reduce the cost of your move. They ask you which items you want packed and how you would like to have them packed and handled so you remain comfortable throughout the entire process. All items have been neatly and safely packed and they even carried my queen sized mattress and it's electric power base (which weights a TON and CANNOT be dismantled) from our 3rd floor master bedroom to the truck with zero complaints. Johnathan, George, and Francisco have been super awesome and helpful with the move! They work very hard and tirelessly to move everything out quickly to save us money and they honestly give you your money's worth. They deserve nothing but the best and they deserve a promotion!
