Walnut Creek Veterinary Clinic opened our doors in 2008, with a desire to serve the blossoming Papillion community. Choosing the location at 96th Street and Highway 370 was easy, as the vision for the surrounding area was for continued growth. Dr. BJ Ravnsborg partnered with Dr. Joanne Gaines, who owns Ridgeview Animal Hospital, and used Ridgeview{s existing hospital layout and operational systems to get started.Dr. Ravnsborg had a connection to the area through his years at Ralston Veterinary Clinic, so along with Adam Gaines, husband of Dr. Gaines, and one staff member, the clinic took off. Over the first 5 years, we added 2 additional veterinarians and support staff to accommodate growth. We are truly blessed with a fantastic staff, that truly cares about all of the pets that come through the doors, and excel at taking care of our clients. Their passion goes beyond our walls, assisting with area rescue groups.
