We are called to share the love of God, the good news of Jesus Christ, and the strength and wisdom of the Holy Spirit.Our basic beliefs are contained in the “Apostle’s Creed” and the “Nicene Creed”. Martin Luther’s Small and Large Catechisms expand on these beliefs.We encourage infant Baptism and Baptism is available for all ages as needed.The first services at First English Lutheran Church were held in 1906. Worship was held in various locations in Peoria prior to moving to our present location at Forrest Hill and Wisconsin.
