The Crew Company was founded in 1997 by husband and wife team: Katy and David Henthorne. Their marriage and life together started in the entertainment industry working on the Paramount Pictures production of “Hard Copy”. Later, both went on to work on Live Award Shows, numerous Documentary Series Television shows, Talk Shows, etc. as producers and production managers. Then, the concept of The Crew Company developed. There was no other Crewing Agency operated by people who truly understood the demands of production–both on set and in the field.
