Dr. Francine Kitagawa is a graduate of UC San Francisco, which has one of the nation’s top dental programs.She is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association, which devote much of their efforts into maintaining professional ethics and high standards of care in dentistry. Dr. Kitagawa was recently featured on the hit National Geographic show, “Let It Ride”.
