Primrose Bakery is owned by Jessica Eiland. She is classically trained as a European cake and pastry chef. She uses as many hundred-year-old secrets as she does cutting edge techniques to create something traditional yet modern and exciting. She has won 1st place awards from KRON 4, Diablo Magazine, Pleasanton Weekly, Toasts and Tastes of Fall, and Alameda County Fair (best in show for professional cake decorating).
Being a European bakery, expect Primrose cakes and pastries to be less sweet and more subtle than traditional American desserts.
