Portland Riverside Marina has been in continuous operation for more than 30 years. The marina itself has been in operation since late 1800. Located on 37 acres in Portland, Connecticut, the marina boasts more than a quarter of a mile of frontage on the beautiful Connecticut River just across from the city of Middletown. We have two travel lifts rated at 12 and 35 tons, a 20-ton hydraulic trailer and a 20-ton crane allowing us to service boats up to 50 feet. We offer full mechanical services including total repower of all marine engines as well as carpentry and fiberglass repairs.Portland Riverside has 74 deep-water floating slips with water and electricity as well as a number of moorings. Gasoline is available at a nearby marina and the delivery of diesel fuel can be arranged. If you are traveling up the Connecticut River and would like to visit the Portland-Middletown area, call us at (860) 342-1911. At most times during the season, transient slips or moorings are available. Restrooms, a shower, ice and food are available. The center of Portland is a short walk, and Middletown is accessible by crossing the Arrigoni Bridge. Rides are often available at the marina.
