Janet Hague is currently a Portland Oregon based Acupuncturist, Bodyworker and Certified EFT practitioner. She grew up in New York City and graduated summa cum laude from Hunter College in NYC with a major in Psychology. Janet began her healing arts studies in 1988 studying Reflexology with Laura Norman. She studied Massage Therapy and Shiatsu at The Swedish Institute in NYC, and maintains her massage license today. She also has a certificate of training with the renowned Rich Phaigh (Onsen Therapy). This year long training focused on Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique and Myofascial Structural bodywork. Janet maintained her massage practice while attending OCOM (Oregon College of Oriental Medicine). At OCOM, Janet studied Acupuncture, Nutrition and Herbology, and upon completing this program, earned a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM). She also holds a certificate of training in NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques), a meridian based energetic allergy elimination technique
