Family owned and operated for three generations, Adkisson Florist has been a tradition in the floral industry since 1913.Founders Lenna and Wise Adkisson established Adkisson{s Florist in 1913. Fifty years later, their son Jay and his wife Tubby purchased the business. Tubby and Jay{s son John, the third generation of Adkissons in the company, joined the firm in 1985.Tubby has served as President of the Texas State Florists Association (TSFA) and is a recipient of the TSFA Lifetime Achievement Award.
