Brenda is a graduate of The Institute of Natural therapeutics with over 12 years of massage therapy experience.She is an Arizona native and lives in the east valley.She graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts Yoga Teacher Training program in 2009.She completed the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training progran in 2012 and is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator.Her intention is to teach a Traditional yoga lifestyle to others so they can have the tools they need to heal themselves. She believes massage therapy and yoga can benefit all people and enrich our lives.
