As Director of the Human Resource Department at Bethel Church of Redding, I oversee the staff development process and the implementation of engagement directives. These directives are aimed at furthering Bethel’s unique atmosphere of empowered employees and revivalists that are intentionally pouring into Bethel’s vision of heaven on earth.I first began coaching as a workplace engagement strategy to see the neglected passions and dreams of our staff reignited and brought into fulfillment. This process honed a desire of my own, which was to help others unlock their potential and stride confidently into the role they were created for.In addition to coaching others on how to reach their dreams, I began to align the focus of my personal ministry and business, Coaching Revelation, alongside my work at Bethel. I now coach and train around leadership and management tools to create an engaged workforce that not only contributes more, but is happier, healthier, and more engaged.
