What started as a humble idea to bring locally produced artisan bread, exceptional coffee and tea to the community, quickly grew to include pastries, cakes, sandwiches and soups.Owned by Ridgefield’s Ross and Valerie Schneiderman, Ross’ Bread is committed to baking in the tradition of neighborhood European bakeries. Making breads, cakes, pastries and soups from scratch daily in-house is a commitment and a craft.Everything is baked with organic flour and local and organic ingredients are used as often as possible in all products.
