Dr. Kyzar is the son of an Army Veterinarian who moved to San Antonio when he was 13 years old after living in over a dozen cities around the world. His passion for helping family pets started in middle school while working for Dr. Eric Lange who was a great teacher and mentor to him. Dr. Kyzar founded Community Pet Health Center in August of 2006 to help families and their pets with personalized attention. He has a wonderful wife, three great kids and a cool cat named "Tiger Woods." Dr. Sarah Izard received her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 2002 after graduating from Trinity University in 1998. She strives to create a quality relationship with her clients and their pets focusing on communication. Professionally, she has a special interest in Internal Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing soccer with friends.
