Dr. Hoffman leads a staff of 5 experienced professionals. Each member shares the firm belief that your care should be comprehensive and courteous, responding to your individual needs and preference. The staff is always open to questions concerning your treatment. Please ask them any question you feel needs an answer. To make communication easier my office staff is bilingual; they can provide information in fluent Spanish.The front office staff greets every patient, and will make every attempt to set appointments that can accommodate your personal schedule. We rotate our lunch hours, so we may accommodate lunch hour appointments. The front office staff is well versed in the dental insurance plans, and can provide you with the details of your particular dental insurance company. They will explain your treatment plan options as well as your dental insurance benefits.Our staff{s commitment extends beyond your office visits. We will remind you of your follow-up and future appointments. If we are unable to contact you by telephone a postcard notifying you of any treatment required will be sent.Our staff is dedicated to your dental health. We care not only about your dental treatment, but also to your comfort during and following the treatment. My staff not only calls with appointment reminders, but will be in contact in order to schedule future recall appointments.
