Pawn Loans are Subject to Texas State lending Laws, regulated by the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. a typical Pawn Loan may have a term length of thirty (30) days, plus an additional thirty (30) day grace period for a total of sixty (60) days. If you cannot pay back your loan in full, within this sixty (60) day period, we offer extensions & renewals to allow you the extra time you need to redeem your pawned item. If you do not redeem or pay interest on your pawned item within the sixty (60) day period we consider the your collateral as payment in full. We can lend up to $1200.00.
