About
Waddie is a 3rd generation silversmith who was raised in Cochiti Pueblo, New Mexico and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He learned the craft from his father, Cippy CrazyHorse, during high school and he has not been able to put down a hammer since. Many of his designs are inspired by older (pre-1900) Navajo museum pieces and also by his fathers and grandfathers (Joe H. Quintana) work, all of which share a “clean and simple” design scheme.
