Randall Gorman is a principal at La Jolla Capital Group, a boutique Commercial Real Estate Finance/Syndication/Investment Analysis firm located in La Jolla, CA. Before founding La Jolla Capital Group, he served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance for Countrywide Capital Markets and ran the San Diego office that he opened.  Prior to his appointment to this position in 2007, he served as Director of Loan Production for Commercial Capital Bank (and later Washington Mutual) running their San Diego commercial real estate lending division. He joined Commercial Capital Bank in 1999 as an Associate, and was eventually responsible for close to $1 Billion in commercial loan originations, and all operations of the San Diego and La Jolla office. Prior to Commercial Capital Bank Randall served as an analyst with Wells Fargo Capital Markets in their commercial mortgage backed securities group. Randall’s private sector experience includes serving as Chairman of an Orange County based mortgage banking firm. While there he successfully established significant credit facilities and private equity investments. Additionally, he served on the board or advised several small businesses owners on various general business issues. He was a former board member for Temple Beth Sholom in Chula Vista, and for the Senior Community Centers of San Diego, the largest senior housing/mental-social health/food provider for seniors living below the poverty level in San Diego.  Randall is currently a member of the San Diego Yacht Club, CCIM San Diego, NAIOP and the San Diego Apartment Association. He is a current California and former Florida Mortgage Broker, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and an MBA from San Diego State University
