Blue Splash Pool Service

I recently hired Blue Splash/Miguel for resurfacing my pool, replacing skimmer and mastic sealing. He was knowledgeable, prompt and responsive to all my questions, and provided a competitive bid. He throughly checked everything, and also identified a leak in a pool equipment valve. His crew within 2 weeks removed the old plaster, and added new plaster, and completed the pool startup in the third week. His work was high quality work, and was completed within the time he promised, which is a huge plus. He has my strong recommendation.

We wanted to embark on a remodel of our backyard and pool. The pool was outdated, the plaster and copping was starting to fall apart. The pool equipment was old and not the most energy efficient. The landscaping in the back had multiple levels and different styles. Miguel and the Blue Splash team were very professional and responsive. He came to our place, evaluated and delivered a quote that was very competitive and descriptive. The project was completed within 3 months and our family is really happy with the quality of the work. My old pool had to be re-plastered after 18 years. I looked at a number of companies to have the pool re-plastered and chose Blue Splash based on Yelp comments. I was especially impressed with Miguel's (owner) responsiveness to my myriad of questions before making a decision. Because of our vacations, I asked Miguel to schedule our pool three months later for an October 30, 2023 start date. Miguel gave us a long list of pool tiles which was included in the estimate. Right on time, Miguel's crew came on October 30 to drain the pool. After it was drained they spent a number of days jack hammering the old plaster down to the gunite. Next came the installation of the pool tiles which we had selected. When the white plastering time came, a crew of ten workers plastered the pool. Once the pool water was filled, they did the pool startup with chemicals, brushing, and vacuuming. There was no wasted time or days when work was not being done. The whole process took two weeks plus the over a week long startup. It is an understatement to say how impressed I was with the excellent workers and the quality of their work.
