When we pick a business to help us with our problems, we often enter the situation blind. How are the people behind these doors? Are the services adequate? Do they see the job through?When I selected Lee Dental to provide dental work to my mouth, the first person, the receptionist, was friendly, respectful and inquisitive regarding my needs. We reviewed my needs together while we both asked questions and made meaningful comments about what was to be done.Upon meeting with the Doctor and his assistants, I didn{t have to double up on the preliminary items because that was done well. Only pertinent questions were asked for additional information. The staff did their examinations and provided me with a real and accurate estimate for the cost of these services.My insurance company decided to send me to another dentist for a second opinion. To be honest, I was treated without much respect, more like just another client. Not to mention that the estimate was almost double for basically the same work.I decided that I had to get this done. So I returned to Lee Dental and began the process. I was not disappointed. The professionalism in this office not only came through, but was outstanding. Everyone in the office who had contact with me was genuinely concerned about my care and my health.
