2010 proved that picking at the right time is crucial… Lucky for us we hit the nail on the head. Our fruit came off the vines ripe and ready to produce this mouth bomb of a wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes exuberate flavors of cherry, plum, blackberry, and boysenberry while our Cab Franc spices it up with a little white pepper, sage, cherry cola. After blending the two, a few splashes of this and a splash of that, I think we put together one of the most food friendly Cabernets Sauvignons, Sonoma County has to offer. Enjoy this wine with dinner or just over a few laughs…This wine will not disappoint in any occasion.
