Heath Eilers heads the Criminal and Traffic Infraction practice at Eilers McDonald LLP. Heath began practicing law as a prosecutor for the City of Federal Way and moved into the area of criminal and traffic infraction defense in 2007. Since then he has focused much of his practice on defending those charged with traffic-related crimes and infractions including DUI, reckless driving, hit-and-run, negligent driving, and speeding. Heath has travelled to counties and municipalities throughout Washington State defending those charged with misdemeanor criminal offenses and traffic infractions. In the presentation of a meaningful defense there is no substitute for knowing the judges and prosecutors in the various municipal and county courts around Washington.
