Oak Tree was opened in June of 2000. Owners are the Ratti Family, Life-Long residents of South Plainfield. Having owned stores in North Brunswick and Edison since 1984, they bring to the town over 20 years of experience in the wine and liquor industry.Mostly known for the beer selection, OakTree has a great variety of fine wines and spirits as well. Store manager Dan Ratti is a certified Sommelier and can help with all wine related issues, from party planning to a great recommendation for that intimate dinner. His well trained staff can also assist in any questions you may have. OakTree Wine & Spirits is located on the corner of Oak Tree & Park Avenue across from A&P and McDonalds.
