At Home Animal Clinic is a small animal veterinary clinic in Stillwater, Minnesota. It was started as a house call practice (traveling to homes) by Dr. Art Rutscher, but now most of our patients are seen in the office. We are a neighborhood veterinary clinic, providing general health services for dogs, cats, and pocket pets.The practice was started by Dr. Art Rutscher in 1995, performing exclusively house calls. As the practice grew, a small office was opened at 1060 Curve Crest (around the corner, the same building as now). In 2001, the office expanded into the current space on the front of the building.Dr. Rutscher opened Somerset Animal Hospital in 2008. The Somerset Animal Hospital and At Home Animal Clinic share staffing and missions, but they are separate clinics.
