The Missions Board at Stratford Baptist Church supports many field missions both in the local Connecticut community and numerous International Ministries. This is accomplished using funds designated by our parishioners in their weekly offering. These funds help spread the word of God and assist in providing relief for those who are less fortunate.We believe that the Bible is inspired by God, and it is our unerring guide for matters of faith and practice.We believe that God is alive, and that His Holy Spirit is working in the lives of believers today.We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, died on the cross to provide forgiveness for our sins and to be our Lord and Savior.We believe that all people need to experience a spiritual birth through faith in Christ and continue to walk with Him in a living personal relationship.We believe that the local Church is made up of all true believers who are a part of the Universal Church of which Christ is the Head.
