Bruce J Snider M.S., G.G.-GIA is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and holds a Master of Science Degree in Economic Development from the University of Houston System. He Started his career in the jewelry sector in 1980 with the Zales Corporation and in management with a major guild store before going independant. Bruce spent much of his time painting wildlife illustrations for showings in major art galleries throughout the Greater Houston area from 1977 until in 1989 - when he traded in his watercolors, brushes and block - and decided to channel his energies entirely into "painting in diamonds, colored stones and precious metals" - creating custom jewelry designs - thus fulfilling his many clients requests.
